It has been 6 days since my children were tested, and I have not received results or any further communication since the email stating that the issue would be investigated. A few hours later, I sent another email asking for any updates. I provided the requested information, and received a response that the issue would be looked into right away. I sent the email on a Saturday, and received a response on Monday morning requesting more information.

I sent an email to the provided email address on their website inquiring about the status of results. After the 48 hour period, we had still not received results. Results were to be available online 24-48 hours after the samples had been collected. My children were tested for Covid-19 at one of Premier Diagnostics testing sites. MaKayla said that they had already billed my insurance, and weren't willing to reverse the charges "since the service had been performed", but she was confident my insurance should cover another test. I emailed MaKayla asking that they not bill my insurance since I need to go get another test, and that my insurance was likely to bill me for getting another test so soon. I called to the DoH to confirm, and the rep noted that there was a note in my file mentioning an error, but also that I shouldn't rely on these test results and should get another test. A day later I received a response from a MaKayla at Premier saying that due to a "glitch" that ~90 people were incorrectly reported to the DoH as having tested positive, but that they had since notified the DoH of their error. The DoH representative could not explain the discrepancy and recommended I contact Premier. However the morning of 12/21 I received a call from the Department of Health saying that I had tested positive. Two days later on 12/19 my results appeared online saying that no COVID was detected in my saliva. On 12/17 I received a COVID saliva test from Premier Diagnostics at their Sandy location. If anyone is interested in joining or have had their information stolen by this company, let me know. As my data was either stolen, lost and misplaced and now I am being continually billed for a product by this company that I have tried to pay for over and over, I am at the point of filing a class action. I never received an invoice for my son, which is interesting. I have even spent money on stamps to re-send them my insurance information and I STILL am getting invoices. I have received at least 15 notices in the mail for $250 from a company in the name of Sports Drug Testing. I assume they also lost my information as they have been billing me for my Covid test now for a year.
